/ˈledʒ.ənd/:
A traditional story sometimes popularly regarded as historical but unauthenticated; an extremely famous or notorious person, especially in a particular field; very well-known

Legend has it that the coffee plant was discovered by an Ethiopian goat herder named Kaldi, who noticed an extra hop in his goats’ step after eating a small red fruit that we now know as the coffee cherry. Over the centuries, the coffee plant spread across the globe and made its way to you. Legend is modeled after the classic coffee profile that enamored so many and continues to hold fast today. It is roasted to exemplify the traditional flavours- nutty, chocolatey, and bold- that make coffee legendary.
