Fable is a part of our line up to showcase coffees that you will just fall in love with, this bag is a 60/40 blend of a washed Ethiopian coffee and a naturally processed coffee from Brazil. Both are excellent examples of good quality coffee that come from a region of producers. In each case, producers have mixed their coffees to be processed as one. Then they are able to sell it to a broader market. Combining these two coffees creates a notable coffee that can be enjoyed multiple times a day with out feeling like you’ve had enough of it.

Brazil Mantiqueira de Minas Natural Red Acaia 16+ is sourced from a familyowned farms in the Mantiqueira de Minas region within the state Minas Gerais,Brazil. The Mantiqueira de Minas region has a protected designation of origin(PDO) because of regions renowned coffee reputation and optimal growing conditions.
Aricha Mill is from a private washing station located in the Yirgacheffe district, in the heart of southern Ethiopia’s coveted Gedeo Zone. Gedeo is a narrow section of highland plateau dense with savvy farmers and fiercely competitive processors, and has been known commercially as Yirgacheffe for many years after the Yirgacheffe district itself, one of Ethiopia’s first areas to fully wash its coffee.
