From here we encourage good environmental and social practices that give unique characteristics to our bean.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCoffee remains the central axis of CoopeTarrazú and the Los Santos Zone. The co-op is known for a community-first approach: investment in education and infrastructure, and real sustainability practices — organic composting of the coffee pulp, responsible wastewater management, and rigorous traceability at every stage.
